We know that the location of where you build your new home is one of the most important decisions you make in the home-building process. If your dream location is not in a McKenzie neighborhood, that is ok. We are able to design and build your home on your lot. We will meet you on-site to assess the conditions and associated costs. From that point on, the process is identical to our Custom Home process.
